These Terms and Conditions are provided by Ajay Subhash Kaloya, with registered/operational office at Ground Floor, Ann Ville Building, 30th Road and 14th corner, Near Agarwal Nursing Home, Bandra West Mumbai MAHARASHTRA 400050. The terms "we", "us", "our" refer to Ajay Subhash Kaloya, while "you", "your", "user", "visitor" refer to any person using our website or services.

Appointment Booking

  • Clients must provide accurate contact information when booking appointments.
  • One appointment slot can be booked at a time per client.
  • Appointments are subject to availability and must be booked at least 4 hours in advance.
  • A booking fee/deposit is required to secure your appointment.

  • The content of this website is subject to change without notice.
  • Neither we nor third parties guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of information and materials on this website.
  • Your use of any information or materials on our website is entirely at your own risk.
  • You are responsible for ensuring our services meet your specific requirements.

Fair Usage Policy

  • Multiple no-shows or late cancellations may result in restricted booking privileges.
  • Appointments must be booked for appropriate service duration.
  • Repeated booking and cancellation of appointments may lead to booking restrictions.
  • We reserve the right to decline bookings from clients who misuse the appointment system.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment time.
  • No refund will be provided for cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment.
  • Full refund will be provided for appointments cancelled by the salon due to unforeseen circumstances.
  • For cancellations due to professional shoots or events, the salon will provide a full refund upon notification.

Late Arrival

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time.
  • Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.
  • If you're running late, please inform us as soon as possible.
  • Appointments may be cancelled if you're more than 15 minutes late, with no refund.

Rescheduling

  • Appointments can be rescheduled with minimum 4 hours notice.
  • Rescheduling within 4 hours of appointment time will be treated as a late cancellation.
  • Maximum of two reschedules per booking are permitted.

Transaction Liability

  • We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly due to the decline of authorization for any transaction, on account of the cardholder having exceeded their preset limit as mutually agreed with their acquiring bank.
  • Any dispute arising out of the use of our website and/or purchase with us and/or any engagement with us is subject to the laws of India.
